Top Threads Tournament: PACA First Round

Last week saw the end of the Chinese Professional Baseball League Bracket, with the winner being the Chinatrust Brothers. They now advance to the far, far away Championship Bracket.

The next league up for a bracket is the Pacific Association. Based out of the Northen California region, PACA consists of 5 teams (as of the 2019 season). The odd number means that the current league champion, the San Rafel Pacifics get an automatic bye into the semifinals. Of the remaining four teams the losing team that garners the most votes will get a second life in the semifinals as well.

As a reminder, all matchups are determined using a random matchup generator and voting will last one week, ending at 10:00 Central Standard Time next Monday. That day I’ll post the results from this week and the new semifinal matchups. Here are this week’s pairings,
